We’re adding some new features to our customer portal, so you can receive even more benefits from your solar energy system. Being a Polaron customer means getting rewarded for your system’s production! While your solar panels are generating clean energy for your home, it’s also earning you points that can be used to redeem products on our online shop.
Let’s go over some of the new points features on your customer portal!
Login to view all your points under the “Earn Rewards” tab. On your “Points Rewards” page, you’ll see your points and activity history, which includes how many points you’ve earned and redeemed. You can also view your daily updates as your system generates energy, as well as the points you earn from our campaigns.
How Much Are Points Worth?
Earning points is easy—just let your solar system do all the work for you. For every 10 kWh your system generates, you’ll earn 1 point.
100 points = CA $1
Please keep in mind, points can only be redeemed in our online shop and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Your points will normally be updated daily based on your previous day’s power generation. However, in some rare circumstances, it can take up to 5 days for new production to be updated on your account. We also hold many fun campaigns throughout the year that give you lots of new opportunities to earn even more points and sustainable prizes.
