Terms and Policies

Below are the terms and conditions under which Polaron Energy Corp. (hereinafter “PEC”) will provide the 1 in 3 Promotion to all customers until the end of the promotion. Please call our Customer Service department if you have any questions: 1-800-318-1988. PEC reserves the right to end the promotion at any time without notice. The Promotion begins on January 17th at 12:01am EST and ends on December 31st at 11:59 pm EST (the “Promotion Period”).

• Has executed an agreement for the Sunline program or Purchase program on or after January 17th, 2025.
• The system has been installed and passed the electrical safety inspection.
• Legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry within Polaron's service area in Atlantic Canada. Proof of residency may be required.
• Complies with all promotional rules and requirements
• Is not an employee, affiliate, or immediate family member of a Polaron employee or contractor

• Customer's referral must be for a solar energy system that signs up on or after January 1st, 2025 to be eligible for the $300 referral bonus. Records of the referral must be submitted via referral links, forms, email, phone or directly through the customer's sales rep
• Referral bonuses will be paid out by cheque once both the referrer and referee's solar projects are installed and has passed the electrical safety inspection.
• There is no limit on the number of referrals a customer can qualify for
• Referral is subject to review and final decisions are made by Polaron
• If the intended referred has executed a contract prior to information being received by the referral to Polaron, it will not be eligible for the bonus

• 3 winners will be selected randomly for every 130 new customers that sign up with PEC during the promotional period.
• Winners will receive either a heat pump with a single indoor head unit or additional r20 thermal resistant insulation of up to 1500 sqft, with installation of the product provided by PEC.
• The prize will be delivered to the winner or the designated recipient within Polaron’s service area. Any alterations to the prize, including upgrades to larger systems or additional indoor heads, will incur additional charges.

• A winner will be selected randomly every 3 months from the pool of customers who have signed up with PEC during the promotional period.
• The prize will be delivered to the winner or the designated recipient within Polaron's service area after the customer’s solar system is installed and has passed electrical safety inspection.
• If rebates are available, customer must apply and pay the approved rebate amount to PEC. PEC will assist with all rebate applications

• Any alterations to the prize, including upgrades to larger systems or additional indoor heads, will incur additional charges.
• All modification requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval by Polaron. Payment for such modifications must be received in full prior to the delivery of the product.

• Polaron reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Promotional Rules, or modify, cancel or suspend this Promotion, without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Polaron corrupts, or threatens to corrupt, the security or proper administration of the Promotion.
• Polaron reserves the right to modify the product, substitute the prize with an equivalent product of similar value, or cancel the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• The selection of the winner is final and not subject to dispute.

• The prize will be delivered to the winner or the designated recipient within Polaron's service area.
• Installation is not included. If requested, Polaron will provide a separate quote for installation services. Installation services, if accepted, must be prepaid.

• The prize may be transferred to another individual, provided the recipient resides within Polaron's service area.
• The transfer must be communicated to Polaron in writing and is subject to approval.

• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
• The prize is provided "as is," and Polaron makes no guarantees beyond the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.

• Polaron assumes no responsibility for any defects or issues beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty.
• Polaron is not liable for any damages, installation errors, or misuse of the product after delivery.

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Polaron to use their name, likeness, and any related promotional content (e.g., photographs or videos) for marketing purposes without additional compensation.
• The winner may be required to participate in a promotional event, interview, or photoshoot as part of accepting the prize.

Polaron reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have violated the terms of the promotion, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or failed to meet the eligibility criteria.
