We’re updating our referral process! Here are some recent changes we’ve made to our program.
From now on, we will NOT be using referral rock to collect referrals. Don’t worry, this does NOT mean you lose referrals made through your old link. We have all of those saved in our internal records and will still honour any projects that complete an installation with us.
This does mean, however, you will no longer be able to access your old dashboard or make referrals through your referral rock link specifically.
How Do I Make New Referrals?
We want to make the referral process as easy as possible—and that means keeping your Polaron experience located on one site. Through your customer portal, you can now access a personalized link connected to your Polaron account. You can also fill out referral forms and send in your friend’s information directly.

The link will work just like your old one! You can send it over to anyone you think might be interested in solar. If they sign up using your link, we’ll automatically have you noted as the referrer.
Please note, to participate in our referral program we ask that you please sign our terms and conditions. This helps our team process your referrals faster once your referral projects are complete.
