Polaron is taking various steps to manage and respond to the evolving circumstances around the COVID-19 pandemic while following the guidelines of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). Polaron will be fully staffed during this time, with the majority of the team operating from their homes to limit the potential effects of the virus. All phones will be operational, and e-mails will continue to be responded to accordingly. Please feel free to reach out during this time, as you usually would.
Polaron will continue to proceed with projects under the same time frame we are accustomed to, however, please expect some delays as other entities involved in the project may have policies of their own in regards to COVID-19. We will work with all parties as best as we can, but will respect the systems and processes of others in regards to the current outbreak, as safety is the #1 concern for all.
Our installation and site teams are given all essential items for cleanliness and will continue to schedule site inspections and installations in a timely manner. If you feel uncomfortable with having an installation or site inspection completed during this time, please let us know, and we would be happy to reschedule.
We will continue to monitor COVID-19, and if any additional adjustments to our regular operations are required under the circumstances, we will announce those changes immediately.
