Where Can I Find Polaron’s Points Mall?
You can access the mall by logging into your customer portal account or going to our Points Mall page.
Your customer portal account and points will already be linked if you’re accessing the mall through your customer portal, Simply click into the points mall tab to start shopping!
If you’re going directly to the Points Mall website, please make sure you also link your customer portal account to get access to your points. To start, hover your mouse over the profile icon in the upper right corner and click “login/register”.
From here, click “Log in with Customer Portal” to link your account. Please ensure you’re using the same email you used to sign up with us.
What Are Points and How Can I Use Them?
As your system produces energy for your home, it’s also racking up points on your customer portal. Use points to get discounts and redeem free items on our points mall. We also host frequent promotions and raffles for opportunities to collect even more points!
The conversion rate of energy production to points is :
10 kWh = 1 point
100 points = $1
For example: 10,000 kWh annually = 1000 points per year = $10
To use your points, please add whatever item you’d like to your cart. Go to your cart and click checkout. Please enter the amount you’d like to redeem in the “Reward Points Balance” bar in the payment section.
You can easily keep track of all the points you’re getting and using on the rewards section of your customer portal.
