Your monitoring app is a crucial part of your solar energy system. It’s a convenient and easy way to track how much energy your solar panels are producing and get ahead of any issues. Since your monitoring device is connected through your home’s wifi, you’ll have to reconnect your app if you switch internet providers.
Although not having a working monitoring app can be frustrating, rest assured your monitoring system being down will not affect your system’s production. It just unfortunately means that you can’t keep up to date with all the solar energy your system is producing.
If you’ve just updated your internet, follow this simple and quick guide to get your data back. You can also follow along with our youtube tutorial that goes through the steps as well!
